Every time I go over a large bump, or hit one of those unavoidable pot holes that seem to bloom in spring,it sounds like the back of my truck is going to fall off. This has only started since I had the Supersprings and Torklifts installed and with no load, I have shook everything I can find under the truck but can't find anything loose.
Is it possible that the tension is briefly unloaded on the Supersprings and that is causing the noise, has anyone who uses Supersprings experienced anything like this?
I haven't had that symptom, but I do hear the springs creak and the rollers move when driving unloaded and hit bumps and potholes. I would suggest checking each of the polyurathane rollers for flat spots, If you have flat spots on the rollers, replace the rollers. Also check where the rollers hit the springs, you may have them hitting at the end of one spring, rolling off and creating the slapping or banging noise. Also check the torklifts, make sure they are bolted in solid, sometimes the bolts on the upward mount loosen and rattle under the bed.
Good Luck

It happened to me also, It was the rear shackle on the superspring hitting the back side of one of the old springs. It happened on small bumps that were loading the superspring a little. When the camper was on, the superspring flattened out and the shackle cleared. Loosened the superspring clamp, and tapped spring to the back of the truck.
I drive a chevy, so I have the attachment kit under the spring.
The only noise I get from my Supersprings comes the first mile or so after I load the camper. I guess the creaks and groans are all the parts settling in to a new position. After that, no sound at all.

There have been a few people note that Supersprings make noise after installation. I just bought a set of Hellwig Pro Series Silent Ride helper springs, and hope to install this weekend. It will be interesting to see if the urethane sleeves in fact prevent this phenomenon.
I went Hellwig over Supersprings with the intention of removing the outer u-bolts when not carrying the camper, thus not harshening the unloaded ride. When it's time to load the camper, I'll just re-install the outer u-bolts, probably a 15-20 minute job at most.
I don,t notice any noise from the superspring but the overloads have worn a indentation into each superspring, maybe it would be a good idea to file the sharp edge off the over loads.
I had the same problem and here's what I did: I jumped up and down on the bumper of my truck (unloaded, parked) and had a friend watch the springs to see which one was making all of the racket.
I found out it was the passenger side superspring at the front of the spring where it wraps around. They just didn't make the arc on the end tight enough to keep the springs from slapping eachother.
I fixed it by stuffing a piece of heavy rubber between the springs and later I took it out and just set the springs on the tighter setting (top holes), the lower setting was barely contacting the rollers.
