The RH mirror on my E350 chassis wants to tilt down after every bump. It is a hassel to constantly have to "bump" it back up so I can see the road down that side of the rig. Is there any user available fix?
Is it a Velvac mirror? (Look on the bottom of the mirror's housing - there's usually a part number shown)
If so, go to their website and contact their customer service.

Don't know what kind of mirror you have..but on mine, when you push the arm towards the cab it reveals an allen screw that can be tightened to keep the mirror in the right position.

I have this type of mirror on my 1999 E450 Winnebago Minnie.
The mirror itself sits on the arm with a "force fit" method. A few years ago, everytime I'd hit a bump, the mirror would swing either inward, or outward (the mirror, not the arm; that has a tightening screw.)
What I did, was to remove the mirror, and put shims (thin cardboard, wood, whatever, into the cavity, and then replaced the mirror.
Since then, I haven't had any problems with it. I do occasionally have to tighten the allen screw for the arm, especially after a few times of swinging the arm towards the cab, so as not to hit it with my shoulder while moving around in a campsite, or driveway.
Poor design originally, I think!
Adjust the mirrors so that you are happy. Drill a small hole from under the swing arm into the bottom of the mirror head. Find a long screw or lagbolt to drive up from beneath the swing arm to tap into the mirror base so that it is no longer free to swivel left-to-right.
