I was on the search for a quality commerical grade 10' x 10' canopy to go over my picnic table.
I really like the EZ-Up canopies, which come in a carrying case and folds out like an accordian.
I was looking at the Embassy II, this one comes with 4 rain sides and a awning type thingamiagig, the cheapest I could find it on the internet was about $199 plus $50 s/h - total $250
I saw that the store "Ocean state job lot" had the Embassy II for $140. They are so underselling everybody that they had to rename the canopy to the "ambassador". It is the same exact thing as the Embassy II, matter of fact, if you pull off the sticker on the box that reads "ambassador" you will find the original writing that reads Embassy II.
You can find a screen that installs on the canopy to make it a screen room for $50. You can make a very high quality screen house for $200 that comes with rain sides.
Check it out!!!

We bought the original EZ-Up years ago and wouldn't change it for anything. We take it fishing, because we don't have a boat and this allows us to bank fish and still stay in the shade. We can take it to any park and have our own private shelter. When we camp it extends out from our awning in any direction and works perfectly. On a previous TT we had a screen room and it was more trouble than it was worth.

I'll second the EZ-up. We purchased ours last summer, while in Myrtle Beach and have used it extensively since. It's great at the site for extra shade, but we also use it on the beach. You can stake yourself a great piece of beach front shade for the whole family.
You can also purchase the screens or tarp ends for $30 extra each. We plan on added the screens & have already purchased the lights.

EZ up is great. We bought an Encore 11 a few years ago and it is the best canopy we have ever owned. We got it at Sams Club for $200. The only problem was that it was the new improved 600 denier top and when we got it it would not fit in the bag because it was too thick (the old ones were 400 denier) We called them and they already knew about it and sent us a bigger bag.

If you want something that is a little more "traditional", look at this:

I use a 11x11 first-up, I bought at year end from wal-mart for $49...
I wish I had bought all 4 they had left for that price...
I have used mine for two years now often, and even for three months continuous once and it may have a little color fade now but not much...
I am not sure what brand my DD bought from target ($120) broke after two weekend uses...

We have a 10x10 EZ-up bought at Wal-mart. I paid around $80. Saw them for $68 just last weekend and they had the rain sides and screen sides for about $30 apiece. I think we might get the screen sides. We love ours. Use it all the time.
