We are going to visit the mouse this summer (July 28- Aug. 5), just wondering if anybody else will be there the same week to share the heat. We have been to Disney multiple times, but never to the Fort Wilderness. Have requested 1400 loop (heard good things about 1400). Look for the black Chevy Silverado with Coachmen 5er from Ohio and come over and say Hi.

We've been to WDW probably thirty times in the past twenty years. Been staying at the Fort since we started RV'ing in 2002. Love it.
We were there in November for two weeks, and will be back for one week this summer, and two more weeks this Fall.
Enjoy!

We'll be leaving just as you're arriving. Our reservations are for July 18th through the 29th. Consider yourself lucky because the weather usually gets really nice right after we leave a place.

I'm looking at a November trip to the rat's nest. I haven't decided when, though.

We were there for 2 weeks last May and it was already getting hot. Remember the sunscreen and bug spray. We find that the bug reppellant with the most % of deet works the best. Also get a stick called "after bite" works great if you get caught. Have fun, but you can't help but have a blast at Mickey's house.

We will arrive at FW on June 15th, leaving on June 21st heading to Georgia to camp for another week. We also have a spot reserved on the 1400 loop. This will be our first trip to the campground and our second to the park. Can't wait!

We will be there 5/24 thru 6/2, so will miss you by a few weeks. Can't wait, have also requested the 1400 loop. We stayed at the Fort when we were last there about 5 years ago.

We've got ressies for Thanksgiving week and again for spring break 2009, but no plans for the summer. We've been to the Fort many times, but never in the summer. I'd like to try it in the heat once. Have fun - FW is great! Oh, and all but two of our stays have been in the 1400 loop. We like the proximity to the pool and the Meadows trading post.

We are at Fort Wilderness right now for 6 nights on our way back home after wintering in Florida. This is our first time to Fort Wilderness since bringing our kids here in 1976, 1977, 1978 and 1980. Wow, the campground is the same in many ways but different too. Our visit thus far has been enchanting for just Diana & me. We are in the 1000 loop and like the location.
