Nope. Too far from the beach.

Everyone has their preferences but we really like Willow Tree. We no longer go to any beach in the summer and Willow Tree is close to North Myrtle where most of the shows and golf are located. A great place to "chill" and great people.

We're going to Willow Tree the end of May with our daughter and her family. We have one of the hot tub sites with the kids next to us. It's a great place to relax and the beach isn't that far away. We've toured some of the beach front campgrounds and get claustrophobic just thinking about them but to each his own. CAn't wait!!

We have 5 time shares at MB, but our favorite place to be is Willow Tree. Just there in Feb. and hated to leave. We were also on sites 22 and 23. Love that place. Can't wait to return in the fall.

I agree. We think this is the best campground we have ever been to. I always sing it's praises. We live about an hour away and have been there twice. Wonderful place!

thanks for posting picture. I've been looking at this campground for a while. I'd rather have a nice large site than be packed in like sardines at the oceanfront resorts. I short drive to the beach is no big deal.

We spent two weeks there last July and had a fabulous time! All staff were very friendly and courteous and by far the largest sites of any campground we stayed at.

By using highway 31 you can quickly get to any MB attraction by taking the correct exit.

We are making plans to return this summer!
