We don't. It looks like that posted pic showing the reflectix has the seams duct taped, which we did too. If you cut the pieces so that you're getting a good, tight fit, and tape the seams, you don't need to glue it down. It's not going anywhere under a mattress, especially since you have the 'border' around the mattress for the rails.
