Here is a Lebanese recipe I make for my DH

Baked Kibby
2 lbs ground lamb or lean ground beef
1 cup bulgar wheat softened in 1 cup boiling water (let cool)
I finely ground onion
3 cloves garlic, finely ground
mix all together, and pat into a 9x9 pan. Dot the top with ine nuts. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes until done.
you can serve with pita or flat bread, plain yogurt, tomatoes, lettuce and cucumbers
