When you are plugged in with shore line and you check battery level should it read 100%? My battery level is 2/3 and when i plug up to house it still reads 2/3, does that sound right to you guys? My old pop up didn't have a battery and charging system, it's all new to me.

I think you are right. Use a volt meter to ensure that your battery is being charged by your converter when you are on shore power. It should read at least 13 volts when charging. Good luck.

Suggest you Google, and read "The 12 Volt Side Of Life." Easy reading, but you have to want to know! You've already discovered that "2/3" is not a meaningful indication, and most of those OEM monitor indications are junk!
Good luck...

The battery "meter" (assuming you mean the little thing with the lights) should display Full when it's charging as the charge voltage is well above the voltage of a fully charged battery. These are simple voltmeters. Check the battery at the terminals with your little voltmeter. These are under $10 as most automobile parts stores.
After charging let the battery sit overnight with nothing connected and check the voltage again. Shold be 12.6 - 12.7 volts.
If you left the battery connected to the trailer over the winter it's been super-deep discharged thru the LP detector and radio. You must install a battery disconnect switch or otherwise disconnect the battery or it'll be stone dead in just a couple of weeks during the season.

We just got the camper about 1 month ago, and had it plugged in about 1/2 the time, playing with everything and stuff. Last weekend I noticed the GFCI outlet was tripped and wouldn't reset, had an electrician look at it and he replaced outlet and everything worked fine. Every once and a while I check the little meter lights and it has always has been 100% now it is only 2/3. I will get volt meter and chech at the terminals today.

I hada 20 AMP GFCI outlet that I was plugging mu unit into but eeverytime I did the GFCI would trip. The load that the charger puts on the GFCI outlet will trip it. I just had a dedicated 30AMP service put in 2 weeks ago and now I no longer have the problem and the Battery Charges correctly. Remember those GFCI receptacles are really finicky and with the surge of power the charger puts out you most likely will trip your GFCI everytime unless it is 30 AMP or over.

While you're checking the battery make sure the connections are tight and the white wire is connected to the negative (-) terminal. Should be the only wire on this terminal and that wire should go too the trailer frame. Check that connection too.
Ensure the electrolyte covers the plates. Only add enough distilled water to cover them, charge overnight, top off to the fill marks (about 3/4" below the top).
The WFCO converter should be idling at 13.2v after a couple of days and the "meter" inside will read 100% at that voltage. Details of the charging voltages are in the little WFCO manual that came with the trailer.
If the voltage at the battery is low check it at the converter. Remove a few screws and check the voltage across the red (+) and white (-) wire terminals.

If it has been plugged in 24 hours and you still have 2/3 reading there is something wrong. Could be bad converter, bad battery, bad meter, bad connection. A common multimeter should easily trace out the trouble. A 2008 should still be under warranty.
