My wife and I are looking at a new water park to leave our trailer at over the summer. We checked it out yesterday and all seems great with big lots, full hook-ups, and a great water park. The only thing that i'm having trouble with is leaving our new trailer parked over tha course of a week. We will probably be using it on weekends only so I am a little concerned about stuff going missing over the week and us not finding out until the following weekend. Has anyone had any issues with their stuff disappearing when they are away from their trailers?

Yes, and they have have a key that will fit the lock on you door. They just open it and took the tool box and electric cord and left the door open just a little.

I have been told that the locks on the storage bins are generic...one key fits all.
However, you can buy replace the locks....ask your dealer for replacement locks.

Locks are for the honest people. If a thief wants to get into you stuff, locked or not, they will get in. PLUS there will be more damage to your RV.
I would just ask other owners if there is a problem?

If your Storage Bins have lights in them that work off door switches, it isn't difficult to install an Alarm System. It will at least alert those in the area that something is amiss.

Good Luck

An alarm system is your best option as these water parks have a way of attracting what i call, undesirables.Mostly good kids but all it takes is just a couple of the outsiders.Change all the locks that are on it now for some of the better ones and have fun.
