I have the Seneca 08 36fs coming over from 5th wheel with road trip grill and extra long hose I used to run direct from the LP tank to grill. I went to CW to find a similar hose set-up and was told they did not have a hose to go from the quick connect to a grill regulator. I hate the idea of going back to the 1lb bottles, please help.

I took apart the bbq that came with the seneca and used the hose and regulator that came with it to retro fit our own. It is not very long but good enough to set the bbq on a table.

extend a stay T is the way to go, you can run your grill(it goes before MH regulator) and you can feed off a tank if you want to as well.

I don't know why they told you that, that's where I got mine.

Okay now I got the stay a a while Tee, how do you install it?? The only opening on the LP tank appeared to be the "fill" connector, but their is no inner threads plus I would image that needs to remain open. Their was a box looking item that said not to remove, so maybe that is what needed to be removed to find the place to connect this tee.

remove that gray cover and hook it up between and bottle and the coach regulator. You may have to modify the gray cover to get it back on. It is just a warning and dust cover.
Good luck

Okay so when I'm facing the LP tank the tee will go on the left side of the regulator?

Yes! (close main valve) T in "before" the regulator. (open main valve) Check for leaks with soap and water.
