I looked through my books again........sorry, I misinformed you guys a bit.........Definitely a P-chassis, but from Chevrolet (as you guys already knew). But I am sure its a P-chassis, it simply says so EVERYWHERE, no mistake one that one.

Went and checked the airbags that are located inside the front coil springs.........totally deflated and sort of compressed looking.......coil springs look like they have lost all of their life. I am going to start by checking into those supersteer (or stop) front coil springs that don't use airbags mady by Hendersons Lineup. Thanks all for the suggestions

In my book there is no code for "H" as the 5th digit. "P" stands for foward control. The 6th digit, "3" stands for one ton, the 7th digit, "7" stands for motorhome.
Maybe the "H" is for "HD" as in "P30 HD cutaway".

Anyway, it has 1 1/2 pages devoted to it in the Chevy Chassis Guide.
I don't have a scanner or I would send you a copy.

You MAY have problems getting the CORRECT parts for it.

EDIT--- Acording to THIS, the "H" does indeed stand for "cutaway chassis".
