We're looking at taking on a 6 month Workamper assignment at Malibu Beach RV Park in Southern California. Has anyone every stayed or worked there? From what I've been able to read about the park and the number of call to the staff, they seem to be very friendly and helpful. Any comments what be very helpful.
Thanks

We stayed there last year for two night after coming down from Ore. It was great, cost us $85 per night, will go back, very well run.

Stayed there once. It is very expensive and the sites are tightly packed. I didn't use the restrooms, but I have heard they are not very well kept.
I'm curious what they are offering as compensation if you don't mind sharing?

It's been a while since I've heard anything about this park. Over the past several years there have been a lot of ad's placed to work there. I got the idea that people did not last too long there. I'd do some searching on this place! I seem to remember the old rate your experience at Workamper that there were lots of not so good comments. They have changed that to praise your employer or something like that!
Good luck! Maybe the management/owners have changed. What a beautiful location!

Go to RVParkReviews.com and read what people have to say about this park. Seems like in 2006 the management got quite a few comments about rudeness. Don't know if the comments were about other Work Campers or if these people would be your boss. Something to think about. Seems the complaints eased up in 2007 so maybe the rude people are no longer there. Beautiful location.

This park has had very bad reviews from people who actually worked there. This was in the past, it's possible that the management has changed. I know someone who stayed there last fall. They hated it, the workers were rude. Too bad, such a beautiful setting.

We stayed there about a year ago when our daughters came out to visit. It's a very busy, tightly packed park with lots of kids on the weekend. The pool and restrooms weren't very well kept. We wouldn't return.
