Does any one have a link to an online source for IPD sway bar bushings? The ones I need are the 109-109. I don't really need an all new sway bar and rear bushings (Stage 1 kit). I found a source for that. I just need the front replacement bushings. Thanks!

Roadmaster (the same people who do tow bars) bought IPD Suspension Division several years ago.

I found these Moog bushings. They are "thermoplastic" which makes me think they are polyurethane, not the rubber ones like the OEM.

MOOG Part # K7326

K7326

They are only $15 for a set of two at Rockauto. Need two sets to do the replace the front sway bar bushings on both the arms and the frame.

I don't really think I need to change to a larger sway bar on this P30. There is up to 1/2 inch of play in these OEM bushings. Replacing these should make a huge difference.

Do you concur?

I am not suggesting that you change sway bars. Roadmaster also sells quality polyurethane bushings for OE bars. CALL THEM.

Nope, IPD USED (past tense) to do exactly what you say. But they sold their HD (non Volvo) suspension division several years ago to Roadmaster. Both companies are in the Portland Oregon area and many of the personnel involved in the HD suspension end of it moved from IPD to Roadmaster.

I toured Roadmaster's HD Suspension Component manufacturing facility last summer just before the summer FMCA Convention in Redmond-- it is indeed impressive.

You really do need a larger front bar on a P-30. BTDT.

I purchased those Moog "thermoplastic bushings". $15 per set....can't loose. I will try them out. I'll get a bigger bar if there isn't much improvment.

I installed the Moog "thermoplastic" front sway bar bushings. It made a noticable difference in sway. They were easy to install and cheap. Why would you ever buy the IPD bushings for twice the price?
