I have now had my TT for one year. What annual chores do I need to complete to keep my TT in good shape? I am now having my TT wheel bearings packed. What else? I think? I have de-winterized my TT and plan to "spring" clean the interior this weekend. Roof? Outside wash? Wax? It has a fiberglass exterior. Thanks

Check caulking on roof vents, skylight, etc. Good idea to wash the roof also. Replace the batteries in your smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector.

We just checked our roof and re sealed all the cracks. There were a few! We also repacked bearings, checked brakes. And blew out all the backs of the appliances, checked pilot lights to see how there were burning, cleaned out water heater, ect...

Well - here was my to-do list over the long weekend I took:
Wash trailer, roof and tires/rims.
Wire brush all loose/flaking paint/surface rust on coupler/frame and spray with Krylon exterior grade gloss-black. Apply two coats at all spots.
Inspect full roof edge and all openings. Found 2 corner's had some minor cracking, re-caulked with Dicor self-leveling sealer. Sealed a few area's on seams on sidewalls.
Wipe down all surfaces inside with Clorox wipes and Swifer Wet Jet floors. Wash window interiors and all appliances.
Dewinterized the camper, filled fresh water tank with bleach/water mixture, pressurized system (had to replace the check valve, fresh water inlet) and flushed all pink out, left system pressurized to sanitize water lines/tank.
Test fired all appliances and replaced all batteries in alarms.

A must;
Get up on the roof and put some 303 or other UV protectrant on the vent hatch covers.
I just had to replace the ones on my six year old trailer.
It was amazing what the sun did to them. The plastic basically dissolved, and as I was replacing them, they crumbled in my hand.
