We go from phila. to orlando every year. I have found the best route from here is 95s into De. take 896 to 50 to 301 take 301 south back to 95 just north or Richmond. I have found this way alot less stressfull than doing the big cities.If interested P/M me and i will send the entire way. As far as overnight, it should not be a problem as long as you get an early start.
I think there is toll bridge on 301 going southbound. It was $12.00 for our truck and 5th wheel but only $2.00 for cars. The bridge was narrow and steep, but no problem.
