GS ERS let us down. My new purchase will be Coach.net. A little more expensive but supposedly a better service.

when I had my blowout, the fellas that came out said that coachnet was the only one where I didn't have to pay up front and get reimbursed.

We have had excellent service from Coach-Net over the past 3 years. Had to be towed twice while a long way from home and Coach-Net got the job done both times. Needless to say, we no longer own that piece of junk motorhome!

The only time I needed Good Sam ERS, it was a total failure. I ended up having to handle the matter locally myself. Sometimes that is very hard to do when you are on the side of the road in unfamiliar territory. If good sam put as much effort into thier ERS as they do in filling my mailbox with junk I might stay with them. Somehow I doubt either will happen.

You need something in addition to the coach insurance you already have?

I have used Good Sams ERS only once but seemed they went out of the way to make us happy.

I'm considering towing coverage as well. It seems I got info from KOA/Allstate, Coach-net, and Camping World's road service all about the same time. I appreciate the feedback I've been reading. I'm leaning toward Coach-net at the moment.

I've only had GS. Have not used it as yet, but felt it would probably work well. Some of the posts make ma a little worried. I hate to change, as its convenient to get GS. They have all my information. Any more ideas would be appreciated.

My neighbor had Coach Net a free trial from the place he bought his coach, he ran out of diesel fuel and they bought him a can of gas after a 1.5 hr wait , he told the driver the same thing he told the dispatcher he needed Diesel fuel this time it was only a 1 hr wait. They now have GS no more problems.

gee, IIRC the service guys called my cell to find out exactly where I was and what the issue was. even wanted to know the exact tire location that blew. I guess they didn't call your neighbor?

Gee, I guess they didn’t but they did make him wait a long time for fuel!

Gee, Just shows anybody can have a good or bad response from any service, just depends where you are.
