I have a 2008 35GS and am a bit confused over the slide-out waterproofing methodology. The slide-out for the dining area has its roof covered with a rubber membrane. Neither the kitchen nor the bedroom slide-outs are protected in the same way. The three slides all have awnings covering them. I've not experienced any water leakage that I'm aware of. I'm just wondering about why the difference. Any feedback from other Seneca owners would be appreciated. (Every time I use it, I encounter things which I don't understand. The journey continues).

Sorry but I've never heard of ANY waterproofing being required for ANY slide rooms.
