Quote: Just went to JC Whitney's site, all they show are the New ones.
They showed the old one a few days ago, but DH went to try to order it from JCW yesterday and said while he was on their site, the picture changed from the old to the new style! Guess they ran out of the old ones.

I got the same thing when I went to the PPL site,it came up to the old one, and said "discontinued", then instantly switched to the ugly new one.

Thanks for the link, Mike! Unfortunately, with the orders received over the weekend, I'm now all out of them, too! I checked with our distributor, and they do not have any and don't think they'll be getting any (back stock, etc.). It looks like everyone will be stuck with the license plate version . . .

If the distributor can't get them, then I take it , the manufacturer won't make them anymore?
I'll go without, before I buy the new one.
...been looking for those too...seems to be a real collectors item at this point. Also, for those of you who have the state maps on your rv.net signature...where did you get the image?
