12-13 towing a 34' 5th and 18-20 without. Bear in mind I'm a 55-60mph driver on the highway when towing.

Very interesting results. We too get 17-18 single and 10 towing (6 worst-11 best). My older MH was 8 on a good day but never went below 6.5, even on high wind or long climbs.

PS I get better mileage towing when at 70 than 65, less downshifting

9.5 Towing, 12 in town, 17 on the highway solo.

Towing, my combined weight is around 26,000 lbs. and the trailer is 13 ft 4 in high, so I've got a lot of weight and a lot of wind resistance.

I get 7.3 mpg towing, and 11 without. Obviously I'm not driving the truck much these days, just sits in the driveway while I make the payments
