We now have 2 sets of trailer keys. One set stays in the truck. It has the keyless entry so we can always get to them. We locked our camper keys inside once. Lucky we weren't far from the dealership and they gave us the master key to open our camper.
If we remove the keys from the truck, they go right back in. No putting them down and saying I'll return them later.

The way I look at it!, If we didn't have things like that happen to us.......What would we have to laugh about later at the capfire over a cold drink with friends???:
