For us the TT is a place to sleep and eat. If it is light outside we are likely touring. If it is dark we are reading, eating, or sleeping.
So our setup is much easier than what you list; pull in, level, hook up electric, water, sewer. Pop out bed, set up INSIDE stuff, put wifes scooter outside, walk dog.

After parked and leveled, I do the outside while she does the inside. I put down the jacks, open the rock guard and stove vent. Pull the generator out and set it up. Awning, patio mat, outside chairs, and BBQ. About that time she has everything set up inside. She walks the dogs while I look around our boondocking site.
Then we relax. I'll pull out the maps and we'll go over what we are going to do next -- hiking, biking, paddling, or driving around checking out the sights. Maybe look for a nearby spot (mountain top?) where we can get cell phone and internet coverage. DW has to check her voicemail, email and business website at least a few times while on vacation.
Leaving is just the reverse, except I store the coordinates of our site in the GPS and take pictures of our camp.

Man, I'm exhausted just from reading that! I level the rig, plug in the electric, put out a table cloth, and get out my bike. That's it. I like to relax.
Whoa, we light the water heater, put out the chairs and mix a martini. That is one of the things we are glad we gave up with tent camping- setting up and breaking camp! I can understand it is fun for you though!

I have so much fun camping or should I say sitting up camp!!!!!
I typically roll into any campground at 8:00p.m. to 10:00p.m. after a full day at work. So after I setup, (in virtually complete silence), I pop open a cold one, sit in my chair, and look at the stars!
Any of the stuff you mentioned is done the following afternoon, and ONLY if it's necessary. I'm an old BoyScout and deep backcountry backbacking minimalist. You won't find decorations, flagpoles, tacky lights, signs, flamingos, windsocks, windchimes in my site unless my kids bring them, or someone sets them up for us, (which strangely happens every now and then as a surprise at rallys).;0
You will normally only find an awning mat, and the awning! Simple.
