I consider myself still a beginner, we've only had our TT for 1year on May 4th! I'm still learning and gathering tips, tricks of the hobby.

After you set the RV/5'er/TT up and get it ready to camp, what is your rituals?

We get out the grill, pull the awning(if weather permits) and put up our lights, we set up our pvc flag stand , hang our TT "name" sign, lawn chairs get sat out by fire pit, wood set in fire pit ready to light, table cloth on picnic table and bucket light hung above table!
After all that work were tired and we sit down and enjoy the site while we think of what else needs to be done!

I have so much fun camping or should I say sitting up camp!!!!!

Yep, we go through just about the same ritual. We get it all done as quickly as possible so we can relax in our recliners!

Most often after setting up we visit with friends or maybe make new ones. Then It is usually time for dinner.

I'm like our old dog in a new location. I get on my mountian bike and ride around the park looking at all the other rigs and comparing their stuff and layout. DW does chipped beef and white gravey as a quickie supper.. on wheat toast with a half handful of cheese and some salsa as poormans pizza... were from the drepression era. Our name is on a burlap banner on a old limb/stick hangs up inside the windshield. Then it's 'honey do' time as DW gets me organized on all the other things needing done.

Once TT is leveled, chocks in place, sewer, electric and water connected I will pull out the awning, install the lights, get out the camp chair sit down and drink a coke. DW is good about taking the little kids out for a walk while I do all the set up that way I do not have to deal with them getting underfoot, asking a million questions etc.

Oops forgot to mention that the kids bikes and stroller comes out ASAP to help keep them occupied.

Funny how we all adapt to a routine of what to do when but in the end we all pretty much do the same things in close to the same order.
