Thank you all for your responses. We are really excited. It feels like we just bought our first trailer but it's actually our 5th if you can include the 2 tent trailers, the 3 days spent in a hybrid before we traded for a 27BHSS Forest River and now finally the one that we wanted the 30BHBS.

We really liked the Pilgrim as well but we just couldn't justify the 7k more but now that I have this one I realize that you just get so involve while your shopping that it's really hard to stop going up and up. We don't regret our purchase one bit and the whole family is super excited.

I picked up my son at the baby sitter and she said that Logan "our son" said that he daddy was buying "him" a new trailer with a big bedroom with his own couch and everything :-) Go figure, you wouldn't think that he was really plugged in but obviously he was feeling our excitement.

Now we really need to give it a good scrub down inside and out. Our dealer kind of cleaned it but we are fussy I guess. We are going out today to buy stuff to decorate it to make our own. New matching pillow's for the couch. A nice clock, A nice frame with a message that represents our family, just nice touches to make it home. Lat year we missed 2 weekends all summer and stayed in our 27BHSS for 28 days straight and really didn't miss our house that much. It's always nice to get home but it makes you wonder why we build these big houses. I guess it's because we can!

Let's thank god to give us the freedom of choosing to be where we are today and the beautiful countries that we are in.

I wish everybody the best camping season ever and don't forget to have fun!!!

Does Forest River offer the second year factory warranty for $100 in Canada also?
They do down here, but you have to ask,the dealers will not tell you about it.

Hum!

I would really like that warranty for $100.00 but I think that they want $599 here. Thanks I'll check with our dealer. I didn't consider it for $599 but at $100 I would buy it for sure.
