How does everyone secure your TVs while in travel, are there any kind of straps for this purpose? Have a LCD in bedroom and have not bought livingroom set yet, not sure as what to buy yet ( LCD or just regular tv )?

The TV sets that came with our trailer were strapped down by the Manufacturer by metal bands. When we swapped out the bedroom TV for an LCD model we just bolted the base to the dresser it sits on (I used wing nuts in case I need to remove it in a hurry though I don't know why I would). Camping World (and others) sell straps specifically made for strapping down a TV set but free to improvise.

Just fastened in two new LCD's. The tv's we bought were a really good fit for the space. Squeezed in some cut off sections of swimming noodles at the top of each tv. Holds them really well.

I used the TV Grips from CW for the TV in the BR. They stuck very well to the plastic on the TV, but would not stick to the wood paneling finish. I phoned the manufacture and they mailed me two new packs of double stick stuff. Still no stick to the wood shelf in the cabinet.
So, they are stuck to the side of the TV, and anchored by a small screw into the cabinet. So far so good.

I usually lay mine on the floor in the bedroom. Don't really want to fasten it to the top of the dresser. I need to get one that fits into the cabinet and fasten it down, sometime.

We have a 23" LCD in the living room cabinet,I just take the pillows off the bed ,stack in front of TV,when I pull the slide in,it just touches the pillows,so nothing can really move.

Ditto for my 22" LCD in bedroom. Front room LCD unit lies down in TV cabinet, area, the floor of which has carpeting, with a bungee looped around the base tot he wall so it won't jump out of the cabinet.
