Using Ohm's law:
Ceramic heater 1500 watts divided by 120 volts equals 12.5 amps
Television 375 watts divided by 120 volts equals 3.125 amps
Coffee maker 900 watts divided by 120 volts equals 7.5 amps
Total amps load equals 23.125 amps or 8.125 amps overloading the 15 amp circuit

The circuit breaker is doing its job correctly.

We have much the same problem. On single 15 amp breaker is kitchen outlet (coffee maker, entire entertainment system, and electric fireplace. We have learned the 3 count. If there is 3 things on it will trip the breaker.

Just the heater draws abut 12.5 amps, thats all you can put on a 15 amp breaker.

TV 2 amps
coffee maker 9 amps
ceramic heater 10 amps

You are already over the 15 amps for the breaker.
