Who makes it and where can I buy it?
searching online I have not found it yet.
It's a common ceiling lihgt on some newer RVs (trailers and class As)
This pic shows it pulled down from the ceiling for servicing. it's flush mounted, and all you see normally is the glass lens. the rest of the fixture is up in the ceiling. The glass lens twists off to replace the bulb.

It's a standard under-cabinet light you can buy at Lowe's or Home Depot. You use it without the 120V transformer on 12V.

the one above is a recess mount, and all the ones I saw at HD the other day are surface mount, and then you have wires hanging below the mounting surface to deal with.
Haven't been to Lowe's yet though.

You don't say what part of WA. other then the wet side.
Marysville RV and Marine normally stocks those fixtures.
About $25.
