So we just got back from a quick weekend trip to Lake Texoma, only 1 1/2 from where we are normally parked in the Fort Worth area. I am very meticulous about making sure stuff is up and packed and in its proper place. Sooo...... we get to the lake, get set up in our site, and I go inside the 5er to put out the slides, and I find the chocolate syrup, which is normally in the refrigerator door, tightly in the refrigerator door, where it takes a little effort for us to get out, laying in the middle of the floor of the 5er.
Ok, so my wife swears she hasn't used it for the kids or anything and I haven't used it. It was a little warm, but the contents were still cool as if it hasn't been out of the fridge too long. So I'm thinking maybe we inadvertently set it out and it just overlooked it, no big deal.
Good trip over, striper trip finished, we get ready to go home. Meticulously put everything up. We get to the home site, park the trailer, open everything up. Wife asks if I have one of my two large travel mugs. I tell her no, I haven't used one in a few weeks. These are normally kept in the cupboard, above the sink, back in the back corner. It would have to move several inches to the left, then jump the other cups to get out of the cupboard. We sit down to eat and my foot brushes something underneath the table, I look and find my travel mug. Kids are too small to get them, nothing in the cupboard has moved, it all stays in place very well, the trailer rides well with the shocks and Equaflex. The doors to the cupboard were shut tight. Hmmmmm..........gremlins?

Yep,, you got gremlins or a ghost. My FIL is next door and is 98 years old. He has a gremlin or ghost living in his house also. The thermostat will magically go from 75* or 76*, normal, up to 83*. And, yes, I have replaced the thermostat twice just to make sure it is not a bad thermostat. But he never touches it. Yet he is by himself and locks his doors at night, so it must be a ghost or gremlin. I feel sorry for you,, once you get one,,, they will never go away.. good luck. He has had this one for over 10 years.
Sounds like you have a problem. We have wanted to put a camera in our trailer for a while. The strangest things end up out when we arrive at our destination. They say driving down the road with the trailer is like a 3.5 earthquake. But I have to say when a 3.5 or even a 5.6 hits the house nothing grows legs and walks out of the cupboards. :-)
I go with the ghost premise. We picked up a ghost while staying in Battelfield CG in Gettysburg a few years ago. He was friendy and a litle mischevious but relatively harmless. In fact when we talked about the strange goings on with some of the other capmers they just said you found Henry. Apparenty some even had pictures of this orb ove the lake and by a monument. He turned the stove on twice. Once inside and once outside, locked the door from the inside and hit my DW on the head with a walnut when we weren't under a tree. Trus .LOL
We have one as well. The past 2 nights about 1:30 am an ac light will come on How? nothing else comes on....
At least our ghost is not noisy

Forget about the gremlins. The refrigerator door could have openned and closed while traveling. Make sure nothing is blocking the door, and that it is fully latched. Also, get plastic containers (largest size that will fit overhead cabinets) to store dishes, cups, and other small items. Overhead doors can swing open partially and close again. My DW has a bad habit of not closing drawers and doors all the way, and checking them. She does the same thing at home.

Because the thought of anything supernatural sorta gives me goose bumps, the dog get's the blame - er um is the usual suspect. A couple weeks ago he tripped the thermostat to heat and didn't tell us until we returned to the trailer this past Sunday evening. I'm not sure exactly how long two full propane tanks last when night time temps fall into the 30's but I know for certain it's less than two weeks. We're watching the dog closely for his next experiment.

As someone else posted, a door can come open during travel, and then close again. We had a similar experiencea a number of years ago. I put a dessert in the the refrigerator of the PUP and closed the door. When we stopped at my mom's a half hour later, the 13 x 9 glass pan of dessert was sitting about 3 feet from the refrigerator and the refrigerator door was closed. We assumed the dessert bumped against the door and caused it to open, then slid out, and the door swung shut as we turned a corner or stopped at a stop sign. It was a strange feeling!
I'm SO glad that I had put the dessert on the bottom shelf, and that it was just a few inches off the floor-or we'd had a real mess!
