Good compared to what? That's about $2.40 a quart.

Check Walmart. If it is lower than Walmart, it IS a good price.

That's about what I pay for Delvac, 4 gallons of oil and a filter runs about $60.00. Rotella is usually the same price.

Walmart runs around $9 gallon and Costco is about 50 cents cheaper per gallon

352,

That is a fair retail price.

You need to know that rotella t 15/40 has the new formulation additive which is CJ-4 which is required in the newer vehicles.

We just got word that all oil is going up, .40 cents per gallon on case goods and .30 cents on bulk oil.

I own a Automotive Parts Warehouse and continue to get increases on Oil Products, this will be our 4th or 5th increase this year.

I recently noticed that (at Walmart), buying Rotella in 2.5 gallon or 5 gallon containers was actually (slightly) more expensive than buying it in one gallon containers.
I, personally, prefer the gallon containers. They are lighter and easier to pour than the bulkier 2.5 and 5 gallon containers.

Sams Club is a little cheaper, paid $26.89 for 3 one gallon bottles about 2 weeks ago that comes out to $2.24 a quart.
