Our radio antenna (AM, FM, & Weather) got broke off during the last travel day. We think a bird hit it. The spring in the base of the antenna is stronger than the mounting piece. I would like to replace it but with one that will not break so easily. I have not taken the base off the roof yet to see how it is mounted. It is buried in sealant. Do any of you have any recommendations?

I've never heard of this happening. I would suggest buying another antenna mast and put it in the existing base.

I have a Keystone and it is held to the roof by three screws just screwed into the roof deck. You can easily remove the sealant and pull the base and replace it with a new one. Then get some Dicor and seal it up again.
If you can replace the spring and antenna without removing the base from the roof then I would do that.

The base part is what broke off. What's left is flush with the roof and all I can see is one screw in the middle of the base. When we get to a larger town and no rain in forecast I will remove sealant take mount off roof.

By your description, it sounds to me like the spring and antenna loosened and fell off, rather than being broken. The single threaded stud is where the mast attaches.
