I agree the remotes are worthless, both the Everest 343L and the Cambridge had those no good remotes. The 5th wheel we now have uses the wall mount and works great, I recomend the Hunter wall mount as a replacement. Also the noise form the heating system sounded like a airplane taking off. There is a big improvement on the 5er we have now as for the noise. I do think the Everest and the Cambridge were great uits. Only three minor issues in both units great customer service. Will someday own another Keystone product (Big Sky). GBY.....
