I don't know what's available on the east coast, but here we have Century Wheel & Rim and a company called Redneck Trailer. You can order anything you want. Both are chains but I don't know where all the stores are. Look in your yellow pages and you'll probably find something. It may cost less for a new one than to have a shop straighten your old one.

Just looked up the companies you stated and none in my area. I think I might just flip the axle to help flaten it out for me when I load it down.

How did you do this?

It sounds like the axle is bent horizontally rather than vertically.
Your 90-degree rotation idea should work, but what about the spring pads? They will need to be re-welded onto the adjacent side of the axle tube.
Cox described 'pulling' the axle tube back into alignment using hydraulic power. This can also be done with a chain or cable hoist. Secure ends of axle so they can't move, hook onto something stationary and solid on the opposite side of the bend, hook onto the center of the axle, and pull it back straight. Watch that you don't bend up anything else in the process. It would be better to remove the axle from the trailer and put it in a press to do the bending.

It is a square axle and does not have spring pads. Soo it should be very easy.

The only thing that I did notice is the top of my square axle there is a divit to acept and bolt that helps keeps the second spring in place on the leaf springs. Can I just take this bolt out when turning the axle over 45 degrees and let the bands hold the springs together. Looks like it is more for axle centering than keeping the spring together?

Do not remove the bolt. The bolt is used to keep the springs together(keeps them from sliding forward and backwards also). The bands are to keep the springs from banging up and down on each other.

Well I have to to rotate the axle 45 degrees. The springs stayed together with just the bands on them. The bands have bolts through them also. Just trailered it with the axle rotated and it is backing up great and trailers fine loaded down.
