Does anyone know what store may carry the Calgon water softener needed for the black tank? I have tried Walmart, Lowes, and Acme to no avail (or maybe I am just blind). I figured I would just come here and ask the experts..thanks!

I get mine at wal mart I have also seen it at Publix but I think that is a regional store. I can only find the liquid. It is with the frabric softener and usually on the bottom shelf

Our Wal-Mart is the only place I can find it locally! Lot's of places can do mail order! Home Solutions Drugstore.com I am told some Safeway Stores have the Calgon Water Softener.

Best of Luck!

It depends on where you are. If your in a part of the country where they have naturally soft water, nobody carries it! We just spent three months around West palm Beach and none of the Walmarts had it. Got up to Augusta, GA and all the Walmarts had it.... The liquid is easier to use. One bottle is good for two cleanings. You can also order it on line but I forgot the name of the website.

I bought some just yesterday at the local WalMart Superstore. Had trouble finding it in the store. Was sent to several different locations. Finally found it in the drug area in the center walk isle on a display.

If you are military all of the Commissaries I have been into have it. Highest I have paid is $4.60 for the 40 oz liquid. Otherwise just google it. You will find lots of places that sell it.

I bought a bottle of the liquid at Walmart the other night and had a heck of a time finding it. After talking about 4 or 5 different employees and being sent to 4 or 5 different parts of the store I finally gota bottle and now I wish I had gotten more because I don't remember which section I got it in.
