That happened to me too this year, PUMP never stopped pumping

I finally found the leak, took me about 4-10 minutes, took about the same to fix it, and 2 weeks to get all the water out of places it did not belong

Thank fully it was bleach water which does not support mold and mildew well

I had the same problem although I was not using the city connection. When I de-winterized, I could not get water to run although I heard the pump working. Finally realized it was my hot water tank by pass valve. Turned it the right way and voila, everthing worked.

Good luck!

low point drain open from draining antifreeze?

Hotwater by-pass put back to normal? My pump ran for a while when filling the Hotwater heater...

Let us know what the issue was..
