I have been using OE for years and have no problems. But. A friend of mine uses it and after his mail goes to OE it gets deleted from RR.
Mine dosen't. I have to log into RR about once a week and delete my mail. Is this just a setting I need to apply? I don't see anything on the settings that refer to this. Any ideas. Thanks. Gary

Just tell him to set Outlook Express to leave a copy on the server. If he can't find the "setting," if you'll give me the version number he's using, I'll give you "step by step" how to set it to leave a copy of the email on the mail server at RR.
It IS Outlook however, that is telling the RR server to delete the original message once it's been collected.

In OE go to Tools> Accounts> select the account> properties> advanced>
In the delivery section choose what you want to happen after mail is delivered.

I was under anesthesia this morning. No kidding. Sorry I mixed up the "direction." I of course thought you were trying to save your mail on the RR mail server so you could access it remotely.

dj, I appreciate it, you led me in the right direction. When I'm on the road I will want to save them, but at home it's a pain. Thanks again.
