I can't believe this thread made it half way through the second page before someone said you shouldn't do that!
How are you going to learn if you don't give it a try?

When I drove trucks and cranes I had no problem helping out an RVer at the truck lanes. As killin time said most "truck stops" are called Travel Centers now, and if they made more money from RVers than truckers you can bet they would be called RV Stops.

While I do make way for the truckers and go out of my way to use an empty lane and get out of the way asap, I refuse to hold up a busy RV lane if all I need is fuel, That is what I call rude. Like the guy that holds up the whole RV island to get his portable propane tank filled?

By the way, there are some truckers that block truck lanes and go shopping too.

Nobody is perfect.
