I use regular sheets and just tuck in the extra.

I buy regular fitted queen sheets-with our foam mattress topper, it seems to take enough of the slack in the sheet that we are not swimming in wrinkles. I've also tried the elastic clip thingy's (big word for me) for the four corners, that seems to help You can get them in the bedding section at WalMart.

I replaced the mattress with a full size queen. Now the sheets fit correctly.

We got our sheets at CW also, if you measure the mattress (any RV mattress), you can get a size to match...or make your own (for those of you who still sew) and use the pattern of your choice. I check out Linen's 'n' Things once in a while, and Bed Bath & Beyond, and sometimes pick up the 450, 500 or 600 TC sheets...

We use regular sheets. We also have a foam topper over the matress and any 'extra' is not really an issue.

We use regular. The one set of RV sheets that I bought did not feel very nice. With the topper we have we need the extra size.
If you want your sheets to fit more snugly you measure the queen and what you have. Than make them smaller to bigger to fit.
I had double flannel sheets that I wanted to make larger so I cut down the side and added a strip of flannel allowing enough for seams. Takes minimal sewing skills.
