On the left coast, Buffalo are hard to find. LOL Any way, it's a stuffed jalapeno wrapped in bacon then put in the smoker. Dang they are good!!!!!!

Thanks Folks, Have a large crowd coming over for Mothers Day. These will go well with pitchers of margaritas.

I split mine, add cream cheese, wrap in bacon and smoke until tender. They are very good.

Buffalo turds, or turds from any ungulate, can be used to build a fire if they are dried first. It does stink a bit, but burns fine. Personally I have not eaten one.

With my stomach, I'd be better off eating a cow pie than a jalapeno! I've been around cows, but never wandered around behind a buffalo heard (or roller skated in one) but wouldn't they make a better pudding anyway??
