With my stomach, I'd be better off eating a cow pie than a jalapeno! I've been around cows, but never wandered around behind a buffalo heard (or roller skated in one) but wouldn't they make a better pudding anyway??

When you scape the seeds & ribs from the jalapeno, they are not hot.
