We are looking at a new 2007 Sunset Trail travel trailer ST29RL amd we are wondering if anyone has one or any Sunset Trail trailer. This one that we are looking at has the shower stall and when you step into the stall the floor is very creaky and squishy. If feels like I'm going to go through the floor. We tried one in another model of the Sunset Trail and it was the same. The salesman and the sales manager said that they would check it out on Monday with Crossroads and see IF they can fix the problem.
I learned from the Sunset Trail thread on the Crossroads forum that there is a fix to the problem. The shower floor can be supported by 2x4s inserted through the front access panel.

they beat me to it. I have heard the same even though I haven't tried it yet.
We got a new Sunset Trail ST19CK this winter and have a little over 30 nights and about 2400 miles on it so far. I have been impressed with the construction and quality of this trailer. It is much higher than other brands I have looked at. We have only had a couple of very minor problems so far, a couple of loose screws and a storage cabinet door lock that were both fixed in just a couple of minutes. I've been going into Crossroads factory sponsored forums at http://www.crossroadsrv.com/forum/default.asp
The people on there all seem to be very happy with their Crossroads products. And the also aren't hesitant to say if they are having a problem with their RV, the dealer or the factory. So I think this speaks highly for the Sunset Trail units. They also have people from the factory that are following the forum so they can deal with any problems that may come up. It is a good site to go to if you are looking at getting a Sunset Trail. I'm really glad we got ours.
