can someone direct me to where to order floor mats for the cab? Nothing we can find locally is small enough. Not sure where to look online. Thanks! Ashley11

Try your local Chevy dealer ($$) or try J. C. Whitney (online).

You may want to go to Lowe's or Home Depot, and buy some carpet, to custom fit it. It would probably cost less than what you'd buy from either Dealer or JC Whitney, and look better too. Yes, it will wear out after a few years, but then you can just replace it again. Get some heavy paper, or plastic to make an accurate lay-out that you can trace on to the carpet.
I'm thinking of doing the same thing with my Winnebago on Ford Chassis.
Good luck!

Go to Google and search for `Chevy floor mats' and make your choice.

While searching, remember that it's likely the same cab as a same-year Express van, and order by chassis year, not coach year. A search under 'van parts' and 'van conversions' may be fruitful. Google is your friend.

I have a front carpet coming from JCWhitney in a few days for my 07 Express. Will post here when it arrives.
If you don't keep your tires properly inflated for the REAL load why would you expect them Not to fail?
- Damage done to your tires is irreversable. Puting air in tire that you ran underinflated will NOT fix the damage you did.

I made my own out of indoor/outdoor carpet but it wrinkled badly. Finally taped some wire mesh onto the back and it has stayed flat but moves around some. I think a comercally made one would be better.

I purchased a one piece mat made by Lloyd Mats for my 2005 Chevy. It's their Rubbertite line. Part # is LM3178080. You can pick from Tan, Black, Grey or Clear.

The fit isn't exactly perfect but it works for me.
