I have a 2008 cougar 304bhs with the polar package. i looked underneath and noticed places where mice could get in. i will seal them up. wouldnt a warm enclosed heated belly keep mice in? are we all in trouble whoever has the polar package?

I sprayed foam in the seams, the worst was a couple larger holes at the rear bumper, other than that it was sealed pretty good.

Mine was sealed pretty good but your right Scott, even the smallest hole is a possible entry. Also, it is a entry point for water while towing in the rain.
I used the low expansion GREAT STUFF foam sealer and I painted black with the frame paint I use. It works great.

Get A can of spray foam insulation and seal up the holes. Should had come from the factory with holes sealed, but if it did not, no big deal to seal them yourself.

I had a wilderness 2 trailer years ago and the mice would run up the power cord and into the trailer. When we bought our new trailer I bought spray foam, silicone, and seal wool but I still have it. Triple e did a great job of sealing up the trailer around everything. Our trailer also has the winter pack on it, and around the cord it has a plastic box mounted to the wall and floor. Our trailer was built in Manitoba so maybe they have more mice there than some of the warmer states.

I have heard that having the enclosed underbelly can be a nice holding area for mice, as well as moisture

A sealed underbelly should be sealed. I have no mice issues with my underbelly. Now ants!! That's another story, But Terro (spelling) takes care of them.
