I cannot believe that in this day and age, anyone would even consider such an obvious scam.

Did I tell you about the machine that I have invented to make gold out of used kitty litter?
Looking for investors.

So Channel 5 is out and out a part of this scam? Is that what you are saying? I don't know if it works or not, but their investigation is being broadcasted amongst many other NBC affiliates including NBC affliate KSHB in Missouri, and several others. Gosh, this is a giant conspiracy for all these NBC news stations to be in on.

Does any body remember the fiasco with GM "side exploding gas tanks"? Remember the news crews had loaded them with explosives? You bet the news is suspect. As a retired engineer I have to side with Clay's responsible thoughts that any results have to be documented by a credible source or it is extremely suspect. If it sounds to good to be true it probably is.

OK, I give up. They couldn't say it on TV if it wasn't true, right? Buy it. Let us know how it works out.

This technology has been around for many years, In world war 2 water injection was use on several aircraft including the Famous P51. It could be used for a max of 3 minute, It was a vapor spray and alcohol the cooled the intake air after the air was heated by the supercharger, Thus allowing more dense air into cylinder, More density more oxygen a bigger explosion Just as the After Coolers are used on several diesel engines today. The problem with direct water was the limited time you could it, If you used over 3 min the engine had to come down. Then in the late fifties and early 60's someone marketed a gadget that held 1 gallon of water with a vacuum line that passed through the air in the bottle and was supposed to do the same as what the Military did. It did not work! If water increased your gas mileage I would be as rich as Warren Buffett. One short story. Water will improve your engine performance. In the late fifties I was at a truck stop in MS an old black man in a 1949 Buick Roadmaster ask the man at the pumps if he could use his hose pipe, With yes being the answer he removed the air cleaner revved up the engine suck hose in the carb untill it almost died then removed it until he gained rpm again. he repeated that 3 time. I could not believe what came out the exhaust pipe. When he left it ran like a new one. The station Mgr told "they do it all the time"

• WXYZ, Ch. 7, Detroit, MI is also owned by the same company. It is the ABC station in Detroit.

Funny. I am somehow reminded of the axiom of "How a fool and his money are soon parted." By all means buy it, and enjoy it.

KTUU Channel 2 is not though. So there goes that theory.

Well any "news" station will grab on to a story if they think it will draw viewers, true or not. Especially now during sweeps month.
As for the separating H2 from water; in theory it does work. You provide electrical energy to a cathode/anode arrangement, and collect the resulting gases and use them to provide fuel.
The problem is even a large capacity alternator will supply about a liter of gas at one atmosphere in an hour. Not enough to make a difference in mileage.

WWLP Channel 22 Springfield Massachusetts is also in on it. And no, they are not owned by any of the companies that own any of the other stations.
I guess that story of the GIANT SINKHOLE over here by my house that made the news last week and on TV everywhere is all bogus too.
