Another vote for the Oxygenics shower head...

Best thing I ever bought for the camper.
Me and my shaved head were fine w/ the original. But the DW DEMANDED an improvement...

The Oxygenics fit the bill. No more complaints from the DW means I'm a happy camper again!!

My MH has a flow restrictor in the valve assy., it's there to conserve fresh water and holding tank capacity when you don't have hookups. A navy shower is better than no shower .

Remove the filter and housing and all, fit the pipe together with the fittings from the filter housing, and get a new showerhead. I did this, and my trailer has so much pressure..it hurts...well, not really, but its like being home, except its a little smaller

So what was the pressure before you guys changed the head/removed the regulator? Mine is so dismal that if I flip the showerhead so it's spraying up, it won't actually arch out of the head but instead creates a pool of water in the head with a 1/4 inch fountain...maybe.

Really really nasty.

You didn't say if you were on the pump and FW tank or campground water. If you take the reducer out of the shower head, you will get more pressure but will use a lot more water. If you boondock you don't want to do that. How was the pressure in the other faucets? Mikeyxx are you talking aobut the pump or campground pressure. The shower head can become restricted from mineral buildup or, you might need a new pump.

Do these shower heads have an on/off switch like the oem ones?

This might sound silly, but typically these shower heads are adjustable, which means you can stop the flow of water without actually turning the taps off. Just by turning the dial/ring on the shower head you can reduce the pressure or stop the flow of water. My wife also mentioned low pressure one day and I looked at it and discovered this feature and with a slight turn of the dial we had resonable water pressure again. Just a thought.

DW complained alot about the pressure and getting shampoo/conditioner out of her hair while using the pump. i have seen here that alot of people restrict the shower head itself. i took off my shower head and with my trusty hot glue gun i put a drop of glue on every other hole. figured if it didn't help/work i could always remove the glue. DW says it helped so she's happy and so am i

IMO first remove stupid government mandated flow restricor. Usually between shower head and hose, just unscrew head from hose. Looks like a washer with a small hole. Throw it at nearest government official.
