You may be thinking of the Main Street Station park just north of the California.

I've stayed there many times. $19/day, 2 weeks max. Noisy as hell, but great location for downtown. Check in at Main Street front desk.

I agree, must be the Main Street Station. The RV park is nothing but an asphalted parking lot located almost under the elevated expressway. Don't know if they have utilities or a dump station. Not a bad location though as it's an easy walk cutting though a couple casinos to Fremont Street.

One afternoon a couple years ago my buddy and I were sitting on a bench in front of MSS waiting for our wives. A bum approached us on a bicycle and asked for money. Not much of a threat and I actually felt sorry for him. In about 30 seconds the bicycle security guards showed up and hustled the guy out of there. So I would be aware walking to the RV area about a block away.

If I had the motorhome in Vegas I would probable stay here. I like the tables downtown.

I would walk from the RV lot to the Main Street Station. Go upstairs in the MSS and take the carpeted walkover to the California Casino. Go down to the casino floor and out the door and across the side street to the rear of the Las Vegas Club. Out the front door of the LVC to Fremont Street.

Probably more than you wanted to know.
