To compliment his big fish fry, my SOL made a Redneck Margarita Machine out of a (new) garbage disposal and a big drink cooler and some plastic pipe. Had some problems with the motor overheating, but with the number of "ritas" they served, no wonder. Version 1.1 is on the drawing table.

Here's a couple of fun machines I found from a quick Google search:

Gas powered party blender.

Ritamaker.

Weedeater powered blender.

Daiquiri Whacker.

Now that the wheels are a turnin', what's a good idea for a kewl party machine?

Gas powered bottle opener maybe?

VITA-MIX - it's what the professionals use that grinds the ice so fine it's like snow. Plus, it makes so many other things - friction heat grinds up veggis and cooks them into soup in 4 mins. Ck. out vitamix.com . Worth every penny!

300 or so people, they had to put a fan on the motor to keep it going.. thought maybe the sound insulation on the disposal motor was the culprit.

I've had some of those drinks with "The Dunks" and they are very good. Our Bartend-tress does a great job of mixing the drinks up and the Margarator does a pretty good job of blending margarita's and pina colada's. The real nice part is it makes a whole gallon at a time and guests can pour their own drinks. Great for a party or large group. Great to take camping too!

Overstock.com has a great price on the Margarator

By far the easiest way to make margaritas and they taste great too!
