I have a 2007 Montana 5th wheel. The water pressure is very low in the shower when hooked up to city water but will increase if I just use the pump. I have replaced the pressure regulator on the RV.

Any suggestions??

Have you tried it without the 40lb regulator? I have a guage that tell me what the park pressure is.Most times I free flow it.Some say this is asking for trouble, but I like good pressure. Also you may have check valves through the system, but usually they are on the water heater ,cold and hot side. You could also have a kink in the city line, that would probably be your culprit.

Have you removed the idiot flow restrictor put in under government mandate? Usually unscrew shower head, find stupid washer with little hole and throw away, screw head back on hose.

I went thru that with my Keystone Laredo. I think the restrictor was between the end of the hose and the head as Chuck posted. I just kept enlasrging the holes in the restrictor until I got the flow I wanted. That way I could just turn the hot all the way on and add the cold.

If not there look where it screws into the faucet.
