Has anyone replaced the double sink in their camper with a single bowl
type. The sinks are mostly so small you can't wash a larger pot or pan. And do you have a source for them?

I've thought about it, usually when the pots too big for the sink, but when I'm done, that thought just goes down the proberbial drain with the suds. Take measurements and beat me to Home Depot/Lowes or any other home plumbing shop, and let us both know. Don't forget you have to change the drain to one outlet too.

I have the "European" sink: one great BIG sink and one little tiny one. I hate it and am working on DH to find a replacement.

If you are going to a bigger sink, one thing you better take into consideration is your water supply. Especially if you do any dry camping.

The plastic double bowl one big the other small, one in my camper cracked at the drains. I replaced with it with a stainless steel double bowl one with equal size bowls from Home Depot. (Dayton was the mfg.). They had to order it and it was there in 3 days. Cost about $115. Meesure it good before you go to looking. I had to cut mine out about 3/4 inch wider for it to fit. Fits good.

The sinks are small so we don't use as much water. Just be sure to measure well before replacing.
