Most of them were from the '50, '60's, 70's. Who has had a BMW Isetta....the Urkel car, 3 wheels, one door that opened from the front. A Czech Skoda or Tatra.

Or a German Isabella Borgward, or a DKW. There are others but i can't recall them.

My father had one of these for awhile in the early sixties. Don't know where he got it but I've never seen another one in Canada. His was a three wheeler.

I had a 1957 Goliath in 1967. It was a rather neat car. It would be fun to find another one.

How about an NSU Prinz with a Wankel engine? Also had a Lotus Elan with right hand drive and a Lotus Cortina sedan. There were a number of odd cars around in the late sixties and early seventies.

This one is in our neighborhood. The owners parent gave it to him new for a college graduation present. It is now chained up on their loading dock.

I owned a MG 1100 2-dr sedan in high school. Front wheel drive and a liquid suspension.

I had a Citroen 2CV. CLICKY LINK
Probably the most fun car I have ever owned. I have had a Porsche, Z cars, 60's cars, etc but nothing drew a crowd like the two horses. Wish I had never sold it and will buy another someday when the time is right.

I never owned one, but I got to drive a 2CV around Yorkshire for a couple of days back in 1987, and it was a lot of fun dodging sheep and visiting various rock piles with the top back.

Back in the '60s I had two Triumphs and a Fiat. But this is Texas. We generally don't go for weird European stuff. Leave that for the Yankees and Californians.
