It has not ended after 15 years of camping for me .it is truly amazing just how much STUFF you can cram into a rig if not paying attention.

Well I guess its time for the DW to get a second job. I would do it, but somebody has to fish, hunt, golf and drink beer. All these "cool mods" people are showing are not helping the cash flow situation either -

Just think of it as being half way to infinity.
Believe me the money will run out first.
and lastly I'm sure the kids can get along on two meals a day.

I purchased a $15K trailer five months ago and have spent about $4200 in upgrades and items to put in the trailer. Had a garage sale a few weeks ago and everything in the trailer that was still boxed or had new tags on it were sold. Got back $140. Wife says lets take that $140 and go to the dealer and trade for a bigger trailer. Already have traded up on the TV. It will never end.

DocP, with you on the closed CW in Brunswick. Stopped in there all the time to ck out the sales. Think I have CSWS, now. Clearance Sale Withdrawal Syndrome. Now I have to spend time looking for low shipping costs online.

I spent $1200 at WalMart the same day I picked up the trailer. Bought everything from sheets and comforters to silverware and plates, ceramic heater, storage bins, wheel chocks even some radios for backing up. Since then I have spent around $600 at camping world, another $500 or so on eBay, and probably another 3-400 at the local RV dealerships. I'm pretty content with my setup now and have all the expensive things such as an electric tongue jack, MaxxAir vent with thermostat, etc.

Wow, I thought I was the only one who had TCWS (Traumatic Camping World Syndrome). You know I was thinking of googling 12-Step programs to see if I could find one...

Don't they have meetings for things like this?
Why would anyone jump out of a perfectly good airplane? Because the door was opened!
