The other day Jayco called and my wife answered the phone. They asked if I was the same Bill B. (Michigan) that posts on the RV Forums. She said probably. They said they would send us two (his & her) Jayco shirts at no charge.
Jayco monitors the RV Forums and noticed I was a happy owner of a 2007 Jayco Eagle 322FKS and they appreciated the way I always put a plug in for them.

Sure enough today we received the shirts. Blue for her and white for me.
Thanks Jayco, you make a great RV and very nice shirts.

Happy ttrails,

Bill B. (Michigan)

It is encouraging that some makers monitor what goes on here.

Nice to see that they are monitoring their customer base. I'm sure they have gained quite a bit of insight from this site. And from what I've read, most of the customers are happy customers. If we hadn't gotten such a good deal on the Winnebago, we had Jayco as a close second.

Enjoy the shirts!

Bill ... I love my Jayco Jay Flight. I'm a big Jayco fan. Can you ask for a shirt for me?

But, I'm just a bit nervous that Jayco was able to find out your phone number from your profile of just "Bill B800si" in SE Michigan.

How did they find your phone number ... call all the Bill B's in SW Michigan in their registration records?

NOTE TO JAYCO ... I'm Charles W in Central Illinois. I'm in your registration files. Please send XL! HA!

I'm joking. And I'm happy Jayco is monitoring the site. It shows they care ... but I never doubted that.
